Order Processing
- In-stock items are processed within a few business days after payment is confirmed.
- Pre-order items will ship once they arrive at our facility and pass quality checks.
- You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping
- Orders are shipped within the United States through trusted carriers such as UPS or USPS.
- Standard delivery is generally 5–10 business days, depending on location and shipping method.
- Shipping is conducted only on business days. Weekend or holiday orders will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping fees shown at checkout are estimates. Final charges may be adjusted to reflect actual costs once your order is ready to ship.
Order Tracking
- Tracking details will be provided via email once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
Cancellations & Issues
- Orders may be canceled only before shipment. Once in transit, all claims must follow our Return & Cancelation Policy.
- Incorrect addresses, refused shipments, or undeliverable packages may result in return-to-sender and additional charges.
International Shipping
- Berry Mellow currently offers international shipping to selected countries. Additional fees and longer delivery times may apply depending on the destination.
