Order Cancelation

  • Orders may be canceled before shipment.
  • Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
  • Damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt with photos.
  • Approved returns will be issued as store credit or exchange. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Vendor Cancelation

  • In rare cases, orders may be canceled due to stock availability or quality issues.
